I have been involved in the health industry for 46 years. Most of that has been on the fitness end of the business. While that is an important factor I have learned that there are many facets to health and wellness. As women we tend to measure our wellness by the scale and clothing size. I hope to help you broaden your perspective and help you find new measures of wellness. This is a journey...I don't have all the answers. We will do it together! Welcome!
We strive to help you put food in perspective. We do not focus on any one "diet" but instead help you come up with a plan that works for you. Making little changes over a period of time is the healthiest way to approach life-long nutritional wellness. You will find recipes, demos, and ideas to help you make changes that work for YOU!
